Ex infantry veteran turned builder and designer, Adem founded HSTL to unite elite training, recovery, and community – empowering all members to heal, grow, and perform at their best together in Wollongong.

Larissa

Co-founder, Director & Manager

With a background in senior property management, Larissa co-founded HSTL to create a member-focused, ego-free training and recovery space. An FMG pro bodybuilder, she leads with consistency, encouragement, and vision – building a welcoming culture where all members feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.

Mitch

Co-Founder & Director

Mitch combines performance coaching, myotherapy, and functional health expertise. After reversing stage-5 kidney disease, he built HSTL’s integrated training and recovery model – supporting sustainable performance, long-term health, and resilient bodies for all levels.

Kristin combines lived experience with integrative health expertise. Specialising in functional diagnostics, gut health, hormone and fertility optimisation, she applies a systems-based, empathetic approach to restore balance, resilience, and long-term health for both women and men.
